RIL and HMEL Announce Updated Incentive Slabs for Polymer Buyers – May 2025

In a continuation of their performance-linked reward strategies, Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) and HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited (HMEL) have announced updated incentive slabs for May 2025.

🔹 Updated RIL PP Incentive Scheme – May 2025

RIL has rolled out its latest performance slabs for Polypropylene (PP):

• Slab X: ₹2,000 per metric ton (PMT)

• Slab Y: ₹2,500 PMT

Additional performance incentives include:

• ICP Grades: Extra ₹1,000 PMT

• RCP Grades: Extra ₹1,500 PMT

🔹 HMEL – Reserve Incentive Scheme Update (1st–31st May 2025)

HMEL has issued revised slabs across several product segments, replacing previously declared rates. The new structure is as follows:

🏭 Polypropylene (PP) – Entire Month

• R1 (75% to <100% of target): ₹2,000 PMT

• R2 (100% to 125% of target): ₹2,500 PMT

🏭 Polyethylene (PE) – 1st to 15th May

• R1: ₹500 PMT

• R2: ₹1,000 PMT

🏭 Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) – 16th to 31st May

• R1: ₹2,000 PMT

• R2: ₹2,500 PMT

🏭 High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) – 16th to 31st May

• R1: ₹1,500 PMT

• R2: ₹2,000 PMT
