No. Registration on PolyMart is completely free. There are no subscription or membership charges.

The minimum order quantity is 1 MT (Metric Tons).
Prices are quoted on a per kg basis and include delivery to your factory location. GST is charged separately.
No. PolyMart bears all the loading and logistics costs of the order; the buyer will only handle the unloading charge.

Such cases are extremely rare due to factory-sealed packaging. In the rare event of such discrepancies, including any form of damage, we will issue a credit note to resolve the situation
We are India’s most reliable polymer distribution platform, where more than 99.5% of our orders are delivered within the timeframe indicated in our WhatsApp message or in the Buyer App. In case of any delay, our team will promptly update you with the order status.

Yes. You can list your excess inventory directly through the Buyer App by selecting the grade you want to sell and providing the price, quantity, and validity period there.
You can click and download the TDS document by clicking on the product for each grade.
NP (near-prime) is near-prime material of the same grade but may have slight variations in physical or chemical properties, including MFI.
OG (Off-Grade) differs more significantly in physical or chemical properties, including MFI.
For both, MFI is not specified and PolyMart does not guarantee quality or grade consistency.

You need a minimum available stock of 25 MT for a grade to be listed on the platform.
Your order payment is made in advance for all orders before the vehicle reaches your premises for loading
Yes. You can edit active or expired offers directly through the Seller App.
- Active Offers: Currently available for sale.
- Expired Offers: Previously listed offers that are no longer available.
While not mandatory, providing a COA is strongly recommended as it helps build buyer confidence and improves transaction efficiency.
Yes. You may operate from multiple warehouses or locations. However, a single order must be fulfilled from one location.

No. Transportation and related logistics documentation are managed by PolyMart.
