Crude oil has recovered sharply from recent lows, while China polymer futures moved higher across PP, LLDPE and PVC, bringing firmer signals back into the polymer market.

China polymer futures closed higher on 24 September compared with 23 September.

· LLDPE: $1,088/ton | ▲ $21
· PVC: $634/ton | ▲ $4
PP recorded the strongest increase, while LLDPE also posted a notable recovery. PVC moved marginally higher.
